1180年8月に起きた山木館襲撃で、加藤景廉（1156？‐1221）が自分の兜を囮りにして山木兼隆に斬りかかる様子を描いた作品。版元　秋山武右衛門

マージンが大きく、摺りも保存状態も良好な作品です。繊細なボカシに加えて、黒雲母による光沢と空摺の施された白色部分が、摺りの美しさを際立たせています。

Kato Kagekado (1156?-1221), retainer of Minamoto no Yoritomo, thrusting out his helmet with his spear during the attack of the Yamaki mansion (1180), so as to deceive Yamaki (Taira) Kanetaka, whose shadowed figure is made by the light of the full moon. Published by Akiyama Buemon.

A very good impression of this print in a very good state of preservation, with full margins. With beautiful shades, the print is embellished with black mica and embossing in the white parts of the clothes and the white title cartouche.

Kato Kagekado (1156?-1221), vassal de Minamoto no Yoritomo, portant son casque au bout de sa lance lors de l'attaque du manoir Yamaki (1180), afin de tromper Yamaki (Taira) Kanetaka, dont la figure ombragée est faite par le lumière de la pleine lune. Publiée par Akiyama Buemon.

Très belle épreuve en très bon état de conservation, avec de larges marges. Avec de belles nuances, l'imprimé est agrémenté de mica noir et de gaufrages dans les parties blanches des vêtements et le cartouche de titre blanc.
