The content of the following notice based on the Specified Commercial Transaction Law applies only to artworks posted on this website, and is limited to transactions made through this website or through face-to-face business negotiations. It does not apply to artworks posted on other sites such as auction sites.

However, for items with a price of 200,000 yen or more, we will respond to requests for checking the actual item on the premise of business negotiations.

- Bank transfer (customers are responsible for bank transfer precessing fees. We thank you for your understanding)

Payment deadline



Payment by cash or bank transfer to our designated account must be made within 7 days from the date of the order confirmation email. Please note that we may cancel your order if we cannot confirm your payment by the due date.




Within Japan, basically 3 to 7 days after confirmation of payment. However, if any delay occurs because we are out of the office, or for any other reason, we will inform you at the time of your ordering.

Postage / Shipment

In Japan, we basically ship with Japan Post (Yu-Pack).

For overseas shipping, please enquire.


About returns and cancellations


Within Japan only: if you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item, and then after acceptance return the item. The shipment fee must be paid by the customer. In that case, please be sure to send the parcel by a trackable and insured shipping service. We will issue a refund on the condition that the item is exactly in the same condition as when you ordered it.


For international customers: please note that we do not accept returns nor make refunds, and also do not bear any responsibility with respect to any damages or loss of the items during the transportation or transit outside of Japan. 

That is why we will make a proposal for international shipping with tracking and insurance option.
